Video: Lily Allen: "Smile (Gutter Remix)"
Last year, Aaron LaCrate gave Lily Allen's "Smile" an acclaimed Baltimore makeover. Now he's made his directorial debut as well, with an accompanying video. LaCrate cuts up grainy footage from what looks like an early-90s dance contest, timing the contestants' moves to his bassdrum-heavy remix. The additional shouts he piles on the track work pretty well with the video's own cheering, enthusiastic crowd, too.
