Like the skeletal original, the Boys Noize remix of Feist's "My Moon, My Man" is a showcase for Leslie Feist's buttery vocals, first and foremost. But the computerized voice that repeats the title cuts like a knife-- with serrated edges. Sustained chords, a hand-clapped beat, and a little razor bassline replace the girl-group shuffle of the original, turning "My Moon, My Man" into a guttural dancefloor track. "It's the dirtiest clean I know", Feist confesses, and Boys Noize knows too: it's better when it's a little messy.
