This is the second video for Metric's "Empty". The first was fine but a little off-- we don't picture the Muppets when we hear Metric's sleek pop. This Jaron Albertin-directed clip is a better fit. The stylish cousin of Justice vs. Simian's "We Are Your Friends" video, "Empty" also begins with trashed rooms, stacks of furniture, and piles of everyday objects. But "Empty"'s disorder moves backwards. The mess flies apart and the items move back into their proper places, revealing each band member under the chaos. [Via Promo News]
