Video: Spoon: "The Underdog"
Directed by Keven McAlester, the clip for Spoon's Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga highlight "The Underdog" follows a man past a mariachi band, chess games, and a woman playing tambourine in an elevator, taking in a whole scene with an extended continuous shot. Britt Daniel and the rest of the Austin indie-rockers are on hand, too, indulging in some upfront Billy Joel exuberance, helped by Jon Brion's summery production. All right, already!
