Black Lips are a seriously fun garage band and they put on a mean show in Tijuana a while back, but semi-topical political commentary is a new twist from them. Here they are singing to a girl named Katrina, last seen down in New Orleans, who is mean instead of serene, and it all goes down on TV. She's a girl and a tragic natural disaster, looks like, which is kind of heavy for Black Lips. But then the drummer plays a fill using prosthetic arms as drumsticks and we're back to laughing along. The goofiness, guys, that's what I like about you. You and Sheila, you should meet.
