Video: Beach House: "Master of None" (new clip for UK release)

January seems like a while ago now, but that's when we premiered the video for Beach House's stately masterpiece "Master of None". While that video riffed on the song's taunt that begins "You always go to the parties", offering an image of a celebration presented in slo-mo with an undercurrent of menace, this new clip for the song, directed by Dan Sully and filmed to coincide with the album's UK issue, is a bit more playful. Victoria Legrand is all dolled up and hanging on the telephone, both lips and blower painted blood red, while Alex Scally opens a briefcase to watch bubbles disappear in the air. We see force-feeding, bondage-- these two really are jacks of all trades.
