Video: Vampire Weekend: Various Songs (Live at Other Music)
Lots of good videos lately of in-store performances from Other Music. To follow recent clips showing Los Angeles punk duo No Age, desert guitar heroes Tinariwen, and seminal New Zealand indie-rock pioneers the Clean, the New York record store has posted a video of local boys Vampire Weekend playing a couple of songs and chatting about the first CDs they ever bought. The session finds the indie-pop quartet right on the cusp of all the media attention they've received lately as they get set to release their self-titled debut album next week.
