We'd be remiss if we didn't mention that Sigur Rós has taken over YouTube's landing page for the day, with their videos-- including an unprecedented presentation of the feature film Heima in its entirety-- filling every slot. They also launched a new website, which has downloadable clips of performances not included in the film. This isn't a bad time to remind you of the Pitchfork Special Presentation we did a while back, documenting a performance by Sigur Rós prior to a Heima screening the French Institute in New York, which hinted at the kind of amazing on-demand content you'll see on our daily independent music video channel Pitchfork.tv come April. Hope you're as excited as we are.
