Pretty Girls Make Graves' Tour Van, Gear Stolen

Seattle art punks/Pitchfork bosom buddies Pretty Girls Make Graves were robbed Wednesday night in their hometown of Seattle. The group's guitarist Derek Fudesco told Pitchfork that thieves made off with their green fifteen-passenger van and trailer. The vehicle contained a number of vintage amplifiers, and that wasn't the worst of it: the band had just replaced two sets of brakes and four tires on the sumbitch. Vanlist:

- Roland KC500 keyboard amp

"If you live near Seattle and see any of these in a pawn shop or music store, please contact us through our website," PGMG bassist Derek Fudesco wrote Pitchfork on Thursday. The contact e-mail Fudesco provided is linked below. In an addendum on the group's website, the band writes: "If you stole our van, you can keep it, but please give back the amps."

While ampless, the band has not cancelled any dates on their upcoming tour. Pretty Girls Make Graves are currently touring the U.S., and will soon play shows in Europe this December. Dates:
