Put back that AFI album, you Hot Topic hoodie-wearin' slackers, 'cause a double CD of classic punk-era tunes is on its way to UK record bins. Taking its title from the classic Undertones track Teenage Kicks, the upcoming collection features one of the more definitive takes on the late 70s scene, with inspired selections by the Sex Pistols, the Clash, Blondie, Joy Division, Elvis Costello, the Jam, XTC, the Buzzcocks, Jonathan Richman, Dexys, and the Damned. Set for release via Sanctuary Records on April 4, Teenage Kicks features 42 tracks (more than half of which were UK Top 10 chart hits), and includes the following heart-warming ditties:
