Bloc Party Schedule More U.S. Shows

What would an It Band be without an enormous, ever-expanding schedule of tour dates? Not much, and Bloc Party knows this, and they've added a dozen more American dates to their seasons-spanning 2005 schedule. Meanwhile, according to the band's official website, they'll be at Music Zone in Manchester, England between 3 and 4:30 p.m. this Sunday, to sign copies of Silent Alarm (and presumably body parts). And speaking of their website, the band is looking to add to it very soon. An interactive fanzine is in the works, and will hopefully be up and running within a month. "This is intended to be an online fanzine about Bloc Party, you and your experiences," says the site. "The idea being that we can have a journal of reviews, pictures and videos produced and submitted by fans from all around the world." Our only question: How did we live without it for so long?
