Trail of Dead and Blood Brothers Kick off Tour
The apocalypse is upon us! Pack your umbrella, don't drink the water, and get that firstborn out of the country, because the previously reported ...And You Will Know Us By the Trail of
Dead/Blood Brothers tour launches tonight, appropriately, at Denver's Gothic Theatre. Texas' Brothers
and Sisters (who contributed to ToD's new record and might team up
with them live) and 4AD-signing Celebration will accompany the gory acts for the majority of the
trek.
As an additional perk, Trail of Dead have have speckled their tour trail with a series of free acoustic in-store performances. Fans who drop by will have a chance to pre-purchase their upcoming LP, So Divided (out November 14 via Interscope), get its lyric insert signed, and receive a limited edition red vinyl 7" single featuring new tracks "Wasted State of Mind" and "Eight Day Hell" for the low, low price of $0.00. Folks who purchase So Divided on the road or via the Internet can scoop up the 7" as well, while supplies last.
Oh, and if you can help yourself, refrain from asking Conrad Keely if he's excited for this North American jaunt. Any questions? See the news section of Trail of Dead's official website.
Finally, we'd like to inform you that the Blood Brothers' recent V2 release, Young Machetes, is now available as a double vinyl LP.
