But maybe the man himself will have an easier time at it, as he's scheduled to make his public debut (as far as I know) as a stand-up comedian on December 19 at Weeds in Chicago. It's part of the monthly "People Under the Stares" comedy series put on by Drag City and the Empty Bottle; Chicago comedian Kumail Nanjiani is also on the bill.
