In what was probably a mad dash to bookmark the Police after their reunion performance of "Roxanne" at last night's GRAMMYs and today at a press conference/set at West Hollywood's Whisky a Go-Go, the band's website went down earlier this afternoon due to high traffic volume. Before the malfunction, however, we were able to glean the dates of the Police's much-ballyhooed reunion tour. After the site went back online, we checked them twice, and yep-- lots of arenas named after airlines, Bonnaroo, and Fenway Park are all on the Police's tour beat.

We just hope the Red Sox don't have a home game scheduled for July 28. Then again, with Sting's, um, stamina, he could probably pitch a complete game shutout. According to Billboard.com, some proceeds from the tour will benefit WaterAid.
