Soulsavers Snag Oldham, Lanegan, Doves Guy on LP With the help of former Screaming Tree Mark Lanegan on vocal duties, UK production duo Soulsavers (aka Rich Machin and Ian Glover) have augmented themselves into a trio for their second full-length, It's Not How Far You Fall, It's the Way You Land.

The record features covers of Neil Young's "Through My Sails", the Rolling Stones' "No Expectations", Josh Haden's "Spiritual", and Lanegan's own "Kingdoms of Rain".

It's Not How Far You Fall already came out in the UK back in April, but it will finally land Stateside via Columbia on October 16. Its other notable guests include Will Oldham, Doves' Jimi Goodwin, and P.W. Long (Mule).

As previously reported, Lanegan and Soulsavers will open for the Jesus and Mary Chain alongside Evan Dando on three California dates in October.
