Video: Panda Bear: "Bros"
Bad videos (with cats, or shooting in negative) have sort of become an Animal Collective tradition. Apparently that also extends to solo projects. The first video from Panda Bear's excellent Person Pitch, co-directed by Excepter's Jeff Ryan, falls in line: colors swirl like gasoline on water, a cat's face pops in and out, and a long-haired dude (Panda Bear himself?) takes a shower, drinks beer, and bros out with his shirt off. We estimate that 70% of the video budget went to the six-pack.
