Adult Swim is on a roll. Three weeks ago they dropped Definitive Swim, a free compilation of songs from Definitive Jux artists, then El-P premiered his Williams Street (Adult Swim)-produced video for "Flyentology." Now the team behind Aqua Teen Hunger Force is prepping a motion picture debut featuring a soundtrack with new stuff from Mastodon, Killer Mike, and the Hold Steady.
The title of Mastodon's contribution speaks to both brutality and precision, the band's two greatest assets. After all, it ain't just any old knife; it's one meant to cut through cork, burlap, and in this case, flesh and bone.
