New Music: Tokyo Police Club: "Cheer It On" (Trey Told Em remix) [MP3]
Trey Told Em is a new production and remix team consisting of Girl Talk's Gregg Gillis and drummer Frank Musarra. This first remix is of Tokyo Police Club's single "Cheer It On", which we've featured before. This remix sounds a little like a Girl Talk track, though the original song's vocals get long stretches of time here. Gillis and Musarra leave in lead singer's Dave Monks' plaintive repetition of his band's name.
