If you care at all about Grizzly Bear or read about music online, you've likely heard this new song. They first played it live on KCRW's "Morning Becomes Eclectic" in February (had the video here) and performed it on Conan just a couple of weeks ago. But the band has made the mp3 of the "Morning Becomes Eclectic" version available (rips have also been floating around for a while) and hey, this is a fantastic song you'll want to hear away from the computer. Very much in the stately, majestic vein of the best Yellow House material, moving from airy verse to over-the-moon chorus, "While You Wait" makes you think that some of GB's best songs are yet to come.
