Pitchfork.tv: May 16: One Week Only: Not a Photograph: The Mission of Burma Story / The Futureheads / Frightened Rabbit
At the beginning of this film, Mission of Burma is introduced before a show, and the person speaking mentions that he is honored to be presenting the band. That's a typical courtesy, of course, to say such a thing, but MoB is a band that really does inspire such feelings; they're hard not to admire. In the 2006 documentary, Directors Jeffrey Iwanicki and David A. Kleiler Jr. tell the group's story, using their fruitful reunion this decade as a starting point. You can get the DVD at SeeOfSound.
