M. Ward and Zooey Deschanel of She & Him played three songs live in studio for the NPR show "World Café". Their set was the first in a series on the show called "The Lillywhite Sessions", so named because groups will be recording live in-studio with famed producer Steve Lillywhite. Dude must know what he's doing because these songs and their ultra-spare arrangements certainly sound nice. All are taken from Volume One, including the cover of Smokey Robinson's "You've Really Got a Hold On Me", and there's also some conversation.
