Chicag-Omahanians (the word we just invented for Omaha-bred Chicago residents) Head of Femur have made good on last summer's promise to deliver a follow-up to 2005's Hysterical Stars. The new record, still called Great Plains, comes out tomorrow (March 25) via Portland label Greyday Records.

To support Great Plains, the foursome has a handful of dates in (appropriately enough) the Midwest, starting and ending with CD release shows in both of their hometowns.
