Baltimore will host the third annual Virgin Mobile Festival at Pimlico Race Course this year on August 9 and 10.

The U.S. edition of Virgin's intercontinental set of shindigs has assembled quite a bill for its 2008 installment, including sets from Bob Dylan, Kanye West, Wilco, Iggy & the Stooges, Lil Wayne (now THERE's a name we should see on more festival lineups), Cat Power, Bloc Party, Andrew Bird's Bowl of Fire, Nine Inch Nails, Chuck Berry and the Silver Beats, Moby, Shudder to Think (!), Foo Fighters, the Black Keys, the Go! Team, Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings, the Swell Season, Paramore, Stone Temple Pilots, Underworld, Lupe Fiasco, She & Him, Erol Alkan, Chromeo, Gogol Bordello, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Soulwax, Richie Hawtin, Rodrigo y Gabriela, and Ferry Corsten.
