MBV, Breeders, Spoon, CSS, Go! Team Do Fuji Rock
From its "Field of Heaven" stage to the nearby "Palace of Wonder", Japan's Fuji Rock Festival sounds like the stuff of daydreams. Team, Gossip, Neon Neon, Bettye LaVette, Sparks, Ian Brown, Lee "Scratch" Perry, Primal Scream, the Futureheads, Switch, DJ Mehdi, Erol Alkan, Sparks, the Cribs, Kasabian, Midnight Juggernauts, Ozomatli, Gogol Bordello, Mystery Jets, Hard-Fi, the Death Set, dan le sac Vs Scroobius Pip, Princess Superstar, Galactic with Chali 2na and Boots Riley of the Coup, Richie Hawtin, Foals, Paul Van Dyk, Travis, the Rascals, Mice Parade, Kate Nash, and the Music.
What's more, Bootsy Collins will pay tribute to his former boss James Brown, up there in the funky fields of heaven himself.
